At The VetHaven, we believe every interaction is an opportunity to connect, to care, and to engage. We're on the lookout for a Veterinary Receptionist who embodies this philosophy. You will be the face and voice of our in-store hospitals, providing an outstanding first impression and a lasting positive impact for pets and their parents alike.
In this position, you'll serve as the lifeblood of our operations, juggling tasks such as greeting clients, fielding phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting staff as necessary. In the whirlwind of our fast-paced, team-oriented environment, your quick thinking, flexibility, and collaborative spirit will be key.
1. Warmly welcome clients and their pets, setting a friendly and reassuring tone for their visit.
2. Answer phone inquiries, providing knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient service.
3. Coordinate appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and optimal workflow for our veterinary team.
4. Support veterinary staff as needed, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment.
5. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
1. Radiates a passion for both pets and people.
2. Is friendly, positive, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
3. Has exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
4. Excels in written and oral communication.
5. Shows a readiness to take initiative, learn new things, and contribute to the team's success.
6. Brings at least 1+ years of experience in customer services roles.
